REFUNDS

Full refunds will be automatically processed within 30
days when classes are canceled by Parks and
Recreation due to weather, insufficient enrollment or
other unforeseen reasons. Transfers from one
program section to another may be requested through
the Registration Office at 703-228-4747, prior to the
start of the program. No refunds or credits if
participants are unable to attend a program.

WEATHER

Indoor programs are cancelled in conjunction with the
Arlington County’s school closings policy. Outdoor
programs may be cancelled due to rain or other
inclement weather. Call nature centers for more
information.

MODIFICATIONS

We can provide reasonable modifications for people
